Telephone for medical/support queries:
Of necessity, this phone line is operated on a rota system manned by a team of trained volunteers, all of whom are also TN sufferers, from their home addresses. Therefore, it may be necessary for you to leave a message on an answer machine but, if so, you will be called back at the earliest opportunity.
Please consider that our volunteers may be in full-time employment, so please refrain from calling before 9am in the morning as this may delay them from getting to their place of employment on time. Likewise, late evening calls may also cause inconvenience. Thank you.
