Who can call us?

Our helpline is for anyone looking for support or information about trigeminal neuralgia and facial pain, including patients, carers, relatives, friends and professionals. Our volunteers include people with lived experience of TN, facial pain or caring for someone affected. They can offer a listening ear, practical information about TNA services and signposting to reliable sources of support. Media enquiries are handled separately through the Media route on our Contact page or by calling 0800 999 1899 and selecting option 4.

We do not diagnose conditions, recommend individual treatments or replace advice from your GP, dentist or specialist.

Living with facial pain

Call about your own trigeminal neuralgia or facial pain, whether you are newly diagnosed, living with it long term or still looking for reliable information.

Family, carers & friends

Call if you care for or support someone with TN or facial pain and want information, reassurance or help finding the right TNA service.

Professionals

Healthcare and other professionals can call for information about our services, patient support and reliable TNA resources. We do not provide individual clinical advice.
