Talk to someone who understands

Free, confidential support for people affected by trigeminal neuralgia and other facial pain conditions, and for carers.

You can email at any time. Replies are provided by volunteers. The helpline is not an emergency service.

How we can help

Our helpline volunteers include people with lived experience of trigeminal neuralgia and other facial pain conditions, and carers. They can offer a listening ear, practical information about TNA services and signposting to reliable sources of support.

We do not diagnose conditions, recommend individual treatments or replace advice from your GP, dentist or specialist.

A listening ear

Talk to someone who understands how facial pain can affect everyday life.

Practical support

Shared experience

Many volunteers bring personal experience of TN, facial pain or caring for someone affected.
