One of TNA’s most valued services is our Freephone and email helplines 0800 999 1899, option 1 staffed by volunteers, the majority of whom are TN sufferers themselves, or carers.
Email is available 24/7 and the phone is answered both during and out of office hours (including Christmas Day), but resources do not permit a 24/7 response. [email protected]. Responders have access to the TNA database of TN specialists throughout the UK and members can seek our advice before asking their GP for a referral to one of these professionals in what we refer to as the ‘centres of excellence’ for TN across the UK.
