Joint Chair, TNA UK Medical Advisory Board I am delighted to host our upcoming national webinar, featuring Dr Giorgio Lambru, Consultant Neurologist at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust and Joint Chair of the TNA UK Medical Advisory Board.
Digging into the Roots: Understanding Trigeminal Neuralgia and the Science Behind Facial PainDr Lambru is a Consultant Neurologist with a specialist interest in headache and facial pain disorders. At Guy’s and St Thomas’, he leads one of the UK’s dedicated multidisciplinary services for complex headache and facial pain. His clinical and academic work focuses on improving the diagnosis and management of conditions such as trigeminal neuralgia.In this session, Dr Lambru will explore how facial pain conditions — including TN — are approached in specialist neurology. He’ll share how clinicians understand, diagnose, and manage these complex disorders in practice. The webinar is designed to be informative and accessible to patients, carers, and families.
